Zach Mitchell moves to Hibs on loan
It appears this deal was in the hands of FIFA to get approval.
Today 20-year old Zach Mitchell made the loan move back north of the border to Edinburgh and will play the season with Hibernian on loan.

Zach Mitchell moves north of the border temporarily
Young Addicks centre-back Zach Mitchell, well thought of by the club’s coaching staff, has moved to St. Johnstone in the Scottish Premiership until the end of the season.
The Bromley born 20-year old will be on a stiff learning curve up there as the Perth side sit rooted to the bottom of the table and have conceded the most goals in the league.

During yesterday’s match I wasn’t anywhere near a screen and my phone was firmly in my pocket as I sat among 103,000 others at the Texas v Florida college game in Austin. Quite an awe-inspiring experience.

Zach Mitchell signs new contract
A nice little pocket of news today with the club announcing an extended contract for defender Zach Mitchell, who has quietly behind the scenes been making great strides.
Mitchell, aged 19, who has been at Charlton since he was 7 has put pen-to-paper on a deal until 2027, with a club option of an extra year.

Zach Mitchell loaned to Colchester
I am surprised by that, although it will be good for the young central defender’s development. I assume the loan has a call back for January.
Colchester are managed by Ben Garner of course, and should get plenty of game time.
