Addicks arrive in Bermuda
A big night in Bermuda tomorrow as Charlton might have chartered their own airplane to bring Karoy Anderson, Tyreece Campbell, Kaheim Dixon and Amari Bell to the Atlantic outpost.
Bermuda host Jamaica at the Dame Flora Duffy National Sports Centre (photo) tomorrow evening in Group B of the CONCACAF World Cup qualifier.
All of my Bermuda Addicks’ mates will be in attendance in an expected sell-out crowd of 3,200.
This is matchday one of the 3rd Round CONCACAF group of matches. Both nations came through the 2nd Round of qualifying. Bermuda finished ahead of Cuba, Cayman Islands and Antigua & Barbuda to make it through as runners up behind Honduras.
Jamaica comfortably came through their group winning all four of their matches against Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Dominica and the British Virgin Islands.
Curaçao and Trinidad & Tobago make up the other countries in this 3rd Round group with everyone playing each other home and away.
The winners of each of the three groups qualify for next year’s finals, and two of the three runners up will make it into an inter-confederation play-off.
Bermuda and Jamaica are helped this time by the fact that hosts USA, Mexico and Canada all qualify automatically.
Loyalties divided tomorrow night, but hopefully my mates get to see all of the Charlton players feature.

I’m going to paddle my canoe to watch game 😃
Charlton for once the big draw lol or rather Jamaica!!!
