Preston game off
Not surprisingly with the cold temperatures all week, tomorrow’s FA Cup game at Preston has been postponed at least giving fans over a day’s notice, unlike the 20 minutes they got at Crawley on New Year’s Day.
The game has been re-arranged for Tuesday but I’d be shocked if all the 1,000 ticketed Addicks are able to make that journey on a work and school night.
I also don’t know if at this stage fans can get rail ticket refunds.
Anyway, no one’s fault accept the weather. Temperatures this afternoon up there were as low as -3c. The Cup game at Mansfield has also been called off, with I suspect others to follow.

A good decision. Kayne Ramsay is back in training, if he’s in NJ’s thoughts for this match then he’s got an extra couple of days.
And we’re in the 4th round draw!
No doubt this time to get a peach of a draw only to lose on Tuesday!!
Yes, and amazed in Tuesday and how can the pitch though out in time and once again the supporters out of pocket and I know it is the weather. Also my gripe is that why on earth are the Authorities putting games on 4 days and once the FA Cup the biggest in the world being sacrificed.
thaw but it is early lol
Bloody global warming …………………….
Sods law dictates we get a Premiership tie next round only to bomb-out on Tuesday if PNE pitch has thawed out….
