Revised fixtures released

The EFL meet again tomorrow, whether that’s virtually or on a beach I don’t know. Curtailment of the season is expected to be voted for in League Two, whilst a vote could go either way in League One.

Clubs have put forward varying proposals including Barnsley in our division that suggests a general amendment to regulations that no club will be relegated from a division where that division fails to conclude its normal fixtures.

Everything points to The Championship continuing to completion and the revised fixtures have been issued today as follows:

Saturday, June 20th: Hull City (3pm – KCOM Stadium)
Saturday, June 27th: Queens Park Rangers (3pm – The Valley)
Tuesday, June 30th: Cardiff City (7.45pm – Cardiff City Stadium)
Saturday, July 4th: Millwall (3pm – The Valley)
Tuesday, July 7th: Brentford (7.45pm – Griffin Park)
Saturday, July 11th: Reading (3pm – The Valley)
Tuesday, July 14th: Birmingham City (7.45pm – St Andrew’s)
Saturday, July 18th: Wigan Athletic (3pm – The Valley)
Wednesday, July 22nd: Leeds United (Time TBC – Elland Road)

Full Championship fixtures can be seen here. Sky Sports have selected certain games (none of ours) for the first three game days. All Addicks’ matches will be on Valley Pass.

Interesting that no one plays that first midweek. Possibly to ease players back into gently.
