Another defeat. Anyone surprised?

A very weird line up starting with 6 defenders with Chris Solly in central midfield, Morgan Fox somewhere in there too, and Roger Johnson back after bench sores. No Harriott, who gave Fulham problems on Saturday. We could have been forgiven in thinking that master tactician Karel Fraeye was back picking the team. He wasn’t but Riga is only another puppet with slightly longer strings and a better CV.

Another goal conceded from a corner and just to add some hilarity to the disbelief, we also conceded a goal from one of our corners! I bet Roland watching on his grainy Internet feed thought that was great entertainment.

In between the corner candid camera moment we only scored! The unbelievably loyal 150 Addicks getting to see JBG finish from outside the box with some aplomb. Whilst on JBG, I don’t expect he will lose his Iceland squad place for the Euro’s based on form will he? Only if he gets injured. Right.

Harry Lennon got sent off for trying to punch someone off the ball. He missed, obviously. I’ve lost count of the red cards we’ve had this season, suffice to say we are further up that league table than the silly points one.

Our latest Head Coach said we lacked potency in both boxes. We are truly asexual in those stakes. But Jose has put the finger on the problem. We were not efficient, something we very much were if I remember correctly last time around.
