Phew

Sweaty palms, sweaky bum and high blood pressure. That’s life as an Addick. Off to have a lie down in a dark room and a rub-down with the Racing Post.

At last we did itvabd and we did it !!!!….top performances in all areas and we can nowcrelax before having to prepare for next season…..well done guys !!!!!!

Pleased we finally got over the line .. we made hard work of it, but it’s a massive achievement to be in the championship, when many where predicting relegation, and were 2nd favs with the bookies . The rebuild is massive and the left side is a big priority ,with strong and creative midfielders in the middle.
All the loans can go back.. simply not the quality we need for next season.

I’m in that happy space where nothing much matters at the moment. No nervy last match of the season for us…

Two wonderful goals by Charlie Kelman and Jayden Fevrier, I’ll never not tire of seeing either on replay and had either been scored by a premiership striker they would be talked about for months, other than though we defended tenaciously. Time and again when Hull attacked we had players back to get in the way, tackle, block and just frustrate Hull – ultimately we wanted just a bit more than they did.

We can enjoy Swansea next week without having to worry about winning or losing or whatever happens elsewhere.
