Substack
I am sure most of you have found or heard that Rich Cawley has moved into the freelance world and has a subscription page on Substack.
Rich already has over 2,000 subscribers including me, which tells you how well he’s regarded as a journalist plus how valuable his insight will be into The Addicks’ summer transfer window.
I also suspect Rich will have a license to write things he previously couldn’t or wouldn’t, so well worth a subscription.
He’s been busy this week including being the first to capture the news that Nathan Jones was to sign a new long-term deal plus a really uninhibited Lee Bowyer interview.
I’ve signed up to Substack as well to have my own page, and I might throw some articles on there at some point, but as I don’t expect anyone will pay to read them, they will be on this side of the paywall 😊.

Yes, please put on the articles and money a bit tight at the moment, and yes, he is widely very much trusted, agreed.
Noticed this the other day and very well trusted but please can you post some of his posts and not going to subscribe yet anyway.
Thanks John W
John, I won’t do that due to copyright infringement’s.
Richard is a respected journalist and reports are sound and accurate….pity he had to go freelance…
The trouble is, that there’s far too many platforms to read stuff on, making it bloody exhausting!
Obviously makes sense for Rich but others? So many people these days think they’ve got stuff to say and we all need to hear it, but really?
BTW, I’m not aiming that criticism at you Chicago.
Very pleased that RC has found/made a new home for himself, he has always been worth reading, long may it continue albeit in a new guise.
