Tickets

A busy day on the club’s ticket page, which brought systematic moans, groans and stresses. I heard from a few mates about the problem Albury had as well.

I’m actually surprised the club has decided to sell tickets on a Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday and it appears they had very few staff covering phones.

The Covered End was almost sold out tonight I’m led to believe. I hope everyone gets a ticket that wants one, they should if ticketing is done fairly and appropriately..

That won’t be the case at Adams Park. Those 1,848 tickets go on restricted sale at 11am tomorrow, Monday.

I won’t be able to make it to The Valley as I’m in Bermuda that week (long story, but I can’t change it), nonetheless that at least means I’ll be able to watch the 2nd leg in the bosom of fellow Addicks.

I had an eye on the 1st leg, but the allocation makes it really hard and probably impossible, and that’s fair enough, and moving the game to Sunday has further dampened my chances of getting there and back in the window I have.

Just came of the phone to charlton ticket site . I have been trying since 11 00 to either purchase 2 tickets on line or on the phone. There is know one to answer phones and online got ss far as purchasing tickets but would not allow me to put tickets into basket. What idiot decided to put 3 types of tickets away play off home play off and valley screening off away play off leg on sale same day. I’m afraid despite all the hard work gone on by many by a lot of people this has been a logistical failure. Gary

Same for me, Queued for ages for home Playoff ticket and said lots available which it let you select but unable to put in basket.

I am guessing with so many online seats were being reserved at same time as selecting.

will have to watch on tv

Keep trying Peter. More tickets will come available tomorrow when un-sold season ticket seats go on general sale. Maybe as many as a couple of thousand.

To be fair to the ticket office they have been inundated with requests and no doubt people phoning/emailing them constantly asking when the tickets were going to go on sale.

A friend volunteered to get tickets for me. I warned him to get in line early – it still took him ages and even then we could only get tickets for A block in the Alan Curbs stand.

It should be a complete sell out at the Valley for the home leg, assuming that Wycombe take up their full allocation, the first time since our premiership days, that is if you discount the Youtubers Influencers match. A much needed payday for the coffers.
