Deji is recalled

Wealdstone have confirmed on their website that Deji Elerewe has been recalled by Ben Garner following the injury yesterday to Terell Thomas.
19-year old Deji made 13 starts for Wealdstone, and he also played in an earlier round of the FA Cup, so is cup tied.
Welcome back Deji.

I’d recall Matty Holland, Sir Chris Powell, and Derek Hales !!!!!
Steady and a few other and proper ole CAFC players
Les Berry?
When i saw Charlton regularly in the late 1960s it was Charlie Wright in goal and Paul Went and Harry Gregory and Keith Peacock and Ray Treacy come to mind. When my father first took me there as a 13 year old in 1962 it was Stuart Leary and John Hewie .
He should never have gone in the first place!
Good move to recall Elewere but he needed the loan spell as he was not ready to get back in the first team squad as he missed a large part of last season. In the preseason friendly against Welling he looked overweight and nowhere near ready.
I am very unhappy that Clayden is on loan at Bromley because as a WINGER he has never been given a first team start in the league in that role, the 3 cup games we are in the middle of would have been a good opportunity. Jackson tried him at wing back and Garner has played him as a full back basically because the left side of defence is short of cover. Campbell is a great prospect and is best on the RHS as he is stronger on his right foot whilst Clayden is left footed and best on the LHS. But both can play the opposite flank comfortably if required.
The best player (in my opinion) in the U18s, Nathan Asiimwe, has not featured yet for the first team, which is a concern, as he can cover right back and central defence. will we lose him in January or June to a higher division club.
