Next off the Merry-go-round

Jose Jeunechamps has left the club about a month after he joined. Riga pushed the addition of Jeunechamps, who has little command of English, onto Duchatelet to be his Assistant First Team Coach but he has now departed back to Belgum to join 2nd Division RFC Seraing. Karel Fraeye is at fellow 2nd Division side Lommel. The Charlton Athletic book of “Who” will be a much sought after Christmas present in years to come.

For those of you devastated by the departure of Jeunechamps, you can console yourself that Wim De Corte is still doing a bang up job as First Team Coach. I understand his raison d’être is defending corners. With Jason Euell not getting the pay rise he thought he deserved and with Jeunechamps gone, maybe Roland is now planning for relegation.

I have now seen Yaya Sanogo’s forearm smash from last night and it isn’t any wonder why he was given a straight red. Very helpful, thank you Yaya.

Airman – Inter-Wim has done pretty well. He has outlasted quite a few others. Definitely future Roly Rolodex material I would say.
