Kaminski departure moves closer
Looks as if Thomas Kaminski will lead the charge to the exit before the transfer window closes.
Kaminski is in Cyprus poised to sign for league champions Omonoia Nicosia, who are currently involved in the Europa League after being knocked out in an early round of the Champions League.
Omonoia were in for Kaminski early in the summer and hopefully with two years left on his contract we will get a fee for the 33-year old, who has been frozen out by Nathan Jones after last season’s no. 1 threw his toys out of the pram.
The club would like to sell Daniel Kanu, but a loan is looking more likely. Notts County are currently at the head of the queue.
Greg Docherty, who had a great shot saved last night, is also attracting interest and the club captain, Nathan Asiimwe, Rob Apter, Ibby Fullah and Joe Rankin-Costello could all leave before the deadline.
Personally I would keep Kanu and shuffle Mbick out the door.
I’m not to keen on outing Fullah either. The lad shows plenty of promise.
Kaminski is excess to requirements. bye.
I agree Daggs about Kanu he was scoring for fun at Walsall last season yes I know it’s 2 leagues lower but I m sure he would love his chance in the championship with us wouldn’t he..
So Kanu did score in league 2.. he dropped off significantly as Walsall season dropped away.
Kanu’s performance last season in league 2.
By the end of December: approximately 12 goals
* January to May: 6 goals
* Final total: 18 goals
He then reached 16 goals after 32 appearances by late February, but scored only two more in his final 12 matches. So his season was excellent overall, but his scoring rate dropped noticeably during the second half.
Just saying..
Kama kinski has left the building 👍
I agree keep Kanu and fuller also maybe keep jrc as i do think he has a lot to offer but NJ doesn’t seem to like him maybe he has a personality and he was one of the players we signed last season that did have championship experience
Rumours of signing a defender called binden from Brighton are also flying around
He’s at Forest.
I know I got it wrong 😑
Cashin is the Brighton defender at least I didn’t say we was signing Joe Biden 😂
🤣🤣
Mind you Joe Biden is fitter than Burke 🤣
Much less injury prone than Burke 😀
