The Miami 6
I will be in Miami this weekend driving across state today for what will be my sixth time in the Magic City this year.
Miami is known as the Magic City not because of any black arts, although I am sure they exist, but because the once barren land pulled a whole new city out of a hat literally overnight about 60 years ago.
Despite drug wars, economic meltdowns, hurricanes and pandemic Miami continues to grow at a pace, and has so much to do and see. I love it, and all of it’s crazy personalities.
So, a great place for me to spend my birthday weekend with family and friends. We are staying in South Beach, because well you really have to if it’s your birthday, and we’ll eat, drink and sit by the pool, and that is pretty much it, all through the weekend.
Back to reality, if you can ever call Bermuda that, on Monday night.

Hate to tell you this David. The Forge closed, but upon a Google looks like it will re-open under new ownership. I never went.

How I wish I was between 50 and 60 again- have a great time, I loved SB when I was there many moons ago.
