Welling friendly next Tuesday

Charlton friendlies are coming home!

The Addicks will now play at Welling in a first team pre-season friendly next Tuesday, 13th July. Kick off is at 7.30pm, and 1,200 tickets will be available.

Earlier this evening the club announced that we will round off our pre-season with a visit to Fulham on Saturday 31st. This game will also take place in front of fans.

This gives fans two opportunities to see the team play before the season kicks off after yesterday’s decision to stop Addicks buying tickets for the game against Palace at Selhurst.

All of our friendlies will be away from The Valley, meaning the build up to the opener against Sheffield Wednesday will be even more anticipated. That game has been moved to 5.30pm for TV.

We start on Saturday at the Welsh National Football Development Centre in Newport against Celtic behind closed doors. The Scottish side beat Sheffield Wednesday on the same pitch 3-1 yesterday.

Tuesday 27th July: Crystal Palace v Charlton – Selhurst Park

Saturday 31st July: Fulham v Charlton – Craven Cottage
