I woke up this morning feeling fine

How we feeling Addicks?

Yes, me too, and I haven’t got the stress of trying to buy tickets. Got to wonder why the club decided to use Ticketmaster for the home leg, but I long gave up trying to fathom what happens behind the scenes at The Valley and I feel for those working in the ticket office.

Tickets for tomorrow’s home game appeared to be selling well with vast areas of the Covered End sold out. Shrewsbury tickets went on sale today to season ticket holders. My brother and a couple of mates (all lapsed season ticket holders) wait with baited breath.

The Valley has had Hawkeye’s goal-line technology installed for the game, a first for play-off semi-finals. Hopefully that doesn’t become the news story after the game.

A good news story is the return to Tariqe Fosu to training, announced by Lee Bowyer yesterday in a very upbeat but typically unfazed media conference from him. Fosu is expected to start on the bench with the starting XI much different to the one that played last Saturday.

…. I’ve got Charlton on mind.

I just got a pair in th West. First visit since I boycotted after a Guy Luzon match.
Feel excited but frustrated to have given the regime money.

Bad news that the loan deal CAFC did with Crawley precludes KAG from rejoining the ranks until next season. Typical pathetic CAFC with both Mavididi and Fosu carrying or just recovering from injuries having KAG around would have been useful cover.

Re KAG, Typical of having no one in a management position to negotiate a better deal. When he went there Crawley were hardly battling for promotion. We should have just agreed an extension if they made it.
