Barrier island

Hidden away for a few days in Florida at a very nice hotel in Amelia Island, the southern most point of the chain of barrier islands stretching down the east coast of America. I have been here before, and am happy to be here again, even if this time is work. It says here!

Today I will be tucked away in a conference room, but will have the chance to go to cooking school later, which being a keen cook, I’m very excited about even if others seem far more thrilled about playing golf or deep sea fishing. Tomorrow I head home for the first time in a week, in which I missed another big Bermuda storm, although Karl turned out not as bad as feared. 

I will attempt to keep an eye on the goings on at The Valley later, although I may be chopping or pairing, but 3 points is vital as is a positive performance. Both would be nice in front of what I expect will be a skeleton audience.
