Overseas Addicks
The Football League are asking for fans of England’s 72 clubs based overseas to sign up to enter a competition to win flights, accommodation and tickets for two people to see your team play.
You have to fill in where you live, email address and of course your name and then the FL website are running a leaderboard of who has the most overseas based fans. As of this minute the Addicks lie 17th with 493 fans from 66 countries. Leeds unexpectedly are top with 4,362 fans, Sheffield Wednesday are a long way back in 2nd and Wolves 3rd. Fleetwood are bottom currently with 32 fans.
A bit of fun, a chance to win a trip home to SE7 and I just know from my visitors we can do better than 493!

Hi Steve, yes back for first game of season. Not the friendlies.
With West Ham in the Europa League early rounds it’s likely they won’t put out much of a team so may well give that a miss but I will definitely be at our first home game so I think a beer before or after should be in order.
