Our first FA Cup win for three years, it wasn’t smooth running, but we did the basics and finally found a way past a tidy and organized H&W back line.

The first half sounded very unexciting with just 3,865 in the stadium including an noisy 874 from Hampshire. It was 0-0 at the break, and although Henderson had to save from a corner, other than a couple of dead ball situations once we got the opening goal is one way coasting.

Home draw in the FA Cup

Not a draw we really wanted. Torquay United or Havant & Waterlooville at home in the FA Cup 1st Round. the game to played over the weekend of November 6th.

Havant & Waterlooville managed a last gasp equalizer on Saturday in Devon to draw 2-2 and take The Gulls back to Hampshire on Wednesday.
