Another big crowd expected

Back at The Valley on Saturday with another big crowd expected. Leicester have sold out their allocation. The attendance will certainly be bigger than the last time we hosted the Foxes almost exactly 12 years ago, when Yann scored against his old club.

Crazy to think that just two season’s after that Leicester won the Premier League title.

Things have changed at Leicester, things are changing at Charlton, but The Championship is all about these type of games and opponents. It will be another day full of anticipation and excitement for Addicks’ fans.

I don’t see anyone getting carried away though, especially me but ignoring the points taken, it is the performances collectively and individually that we can take heart from and know what is acheivable even when times will be hard.

It does sound like Will Mannion will return to the bench and Josh Edwards looks like he recovered from a late knock at Bristol. Reece Burke is also training again.

There will be lots of talk around the pubs on Saturday morning as to whether Jones’ tinkers with the strikers, I don’t think he will. Another 12.30 kick off then. Up bright and early, Addicks. COYR
