Christopher Ward

I am a self confessed ‘watch guy’ but haven’t yet been convinced to splash out on a Christopher Ward model.

However, now the Anglo-Swiss watchmaker have signed a six-figure, multi-year partnership with the club, I might be tempted.

Even more so if Christopher Ward design a Valley watch, just as they did for Everton last season.

They have partnered with Everton since 2021 and are very much involved as key sponsors of their new Hill Dickinson Stadium. They also support English Rugby Union.

At Charlton Christopher Ward will have their logo on the team shirt sleeves, and it looks pretty cool.

The company do have a strong link to Greenwich, although I don’t think it has any physical presence, but Charlton Athletic and Christopher Ward look a good partnership, a million times better than a foreign online betting company.

Now to peruse their catalogue.

That’s fantastic news 😁 I’m a big fan of their watches. I have four, unfortunately not including a bel canto (next purchase). If you are to dip in I would suggest the s21 movement for a collector.

Hi CA, I have had a Christopher Ward automatic watch from family 10 years ago when I was 70 and I haven’t had any problems in the upcoming tenth year I have had it. I’m not going to recommend a specific watch as that’s a matter of personal taste. They have some really nice Swiss made watches in their catalogue and at reasonable prices. If they have a Charlton watch, I might be tempted to buy one myself. Hopefully you’ll enjoy the catalogue and a new watch. COYR
