Travel log

This week coming is the 6th consecutive week I have travelled with work. It has been quite the shift and other than never knowing what day it is or which city I’m waking up in, I could also do with a couple of really good nights sleep.

The good news is that tomorrow I will wake up at Gatwick Airport after an overnight flight from Tampa.

I will train it down to see my parents in East Sussex tomorrow, and spend the night with them before heading into the city for the beginning of work meetings on Tuesday.

In fact I took a very close look at trains and options in getting to Mansfield on Tuesday night, but there aren’t any trains back to the capital after, and although I could’ve backed out of my client dinner on Tuesday in the Borough Market, I have to be in situ in the London office with them early on Wednesday.

I will though be at The Valley next Saturday to join the Covered End choir.
