Kai Enslin

The young left-footed Kai Enslin, who has played in a variety of positions for the U21’s “has signed a new long-term contract with the club.”

The 19-year old was on the bench Saturday and made his first team debut in the Vertu Trophy against Bromley last November 2024.

Enslin has had a very promising season in the U21’s where he’s mainly played at left wing back.

Enslin follows Zach Mitchell, Josh Laqeretabua and Kaheim Dixon who are also tied down to long contracts. This has been a recent strategy from the club to encourage young players yet to break into the first team, but obviously with bags of potential, to sign long term deals.

Kai was born in Japan and has dual nationality. Best of luck to him.

I’m delighted that we signed Kai….and giving our Academy players an opportunity to progress into the first team. We have a strong Academy set up with good coaches who develop younger players to an impressive standard.

    The future looks rosey.
