Stockport replay on TV
The FA Cup 2nd Round replay has been chosen by ITV to be shown live. ITV4 to be exact. Woop, woop.
There are only two replays and both will be on the box. Dagenham & Redbridge and Gillingham is the other. Our game will be at 7.45pm on Wednesday 7th, December.
The draw today pitched us, if we win, at home to Walsall. The game if we are in it will be played over the weekend of Saturday, January 7th, 2023.
Walsall. For the second time this season. Ah, the magic of the cup!

Do I pop down the pub and have a couple of pints or seeing us get knocked out of the cup, the former I feel.

At least I won’t have to pay to watch those muppets! As I have hardly seen any games at the Valley this season so have had to pay extra to watch on TV! So gave my friend my season ticket to hold, which he has used for his daughter &/or brother, as his son aready has a season ticket as he sits with us, as my partner got the dreaded C, for a second time!
Anyway I was actually looking forward to going this Friday, but that now looks off the cards, as I can’t shake off this sore throat and cough virus, so looks like another freebie for someone. Though to be fair, with most off the drivel played this season, accumulating with the bad weather, I’m glad I missed most of the matches, as it has been bad enough watching from the comfort of home. 🙂
Mike – really sorry to hear about your partner. Thoughts are with you both for a speedy recovery.
Thanks CA it’s been a long struggle, obviously mostly for my partner and unfortunately that will continue – but on the upside as I mentioned, the only saving grace for me is, I haven’t had to sit in the cold and rain to watch the awlful displays, though I do have to sit through watching Garner’s hatful of excuses afterwards!
