London waiting
I’m leaving for London Wednesday night for a couple days of work and then some family weekend time wrapped up with a few beers with some mates on Sunday evening in Bexley Village.
Not for the first time I have just calculated that I will be away for 4 nights and will sleep in 4 different beds, 5 in 5 if you include the overnight plane journey. Sadly, although that sounds very titillating, it, er, won’t be.
Moving swiftly on, it appears as if I will be jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire figurately speaking as it is sweltering hot here at the moment and it looks as if summer has finally found its way to London too.
An excuse for plenty of outside drinking if you ask for my opinion.

How do you do it?It kills me.I do it 3 times a year and I always stay for 2 weeks. It takes me that long to get over the jet lag
Gerry – The long weekend’s are the best. You get all the best bits, aren’t there long enough to get in people’s way or start to hear the negativity around the place and leave wanting to come back soon.
Anyway, I can sleep another time.
