Happy New Year
Another year over. A new one just begun.
About this time every year I sit with a pen and paper and write a list of resolutions and personal goals. I’ve done it for years but last year I wrote just two things:
Lose weight
Get fit
Pah, who was I kidding? So a change from the norm this year and I’m promising myself nothing. Just that every morning I can look at my daily 1,000 things to do before you die desk calendar and dream that one day I can witness it for myself, I can continue to have a happy home life because that is the foundation for everything and that those goal scoring rip roaring Addicks can prolong their exciting journey back from the abyss.
We’re out tonight locally with some friends for some early tapas and a glass of Rioja before coming home to watch the clock pass midnight before crashing out.
Enjoy whatever you are doing tonight, and thanks to all of you for continuing to take time out of your busy lives to stop by to read, or comment and particularly my fellow Bloggers out there because I know how much a labour of love it is.
